Where can I find a map of the HR streets and walking trails? A new map of the streets and walking trails is available at the front desk of the clubhouse. To view online click here.
Where do I get a name tag? You can request a name tag from the front desk at the Clubhouse. Please note: name tags are available only on request and can be only be made in increments of eight. The front desk will call you when your name tag has been made and is ready to be picked up.
Can I pay my Club Account with a credit card? Yes! You can pay your Club bill with a credit card at the Golf shop. You may also sign up for monthly autodraft to a credit card. The form is available at the Front Desk or on this website under Resident Services>Resource Center>Forms>Autodraft Form - Club Account.
What are my options to pay my HOA dues? You may drop off a check to the Clubhouse to pay your assessments or mail them to 465 Scenic Ranch Circle, Fairview, TX 75069. Additionally, you may set up automatic/electronic payment through your bank providing this benefit is offered by your bank. If I am going to make changes to the outside of my house (e.g. extend my patio), what forms do I have to fill out? An ARC Form. An ARC Form/ Modification Application is a required form when submitting plans or modifications to the outside of your home to the ARC Committee. You may get copies of this form at the Front Desk or go to the following link: ARC Application and print one. There is also a ARC Letter to Residents containing an explanation from the ARC Committee. In addition to the two previous documetns you might find The Residential Design Guidelines helpful. All of these document can be obtained by clicking the links above or by going to the Resident Services>Resource Center.
How long will it take for my application to be approved? The ARC Committee has up to 45 days to respond to your modification application. However, it generally takes about a week or two to get your response. The Front Desk staff will contact you via phone once your application has been returned with a response.

How do I join exercise classes? Instructor lead exercise classes require you to sign in each time you attend. Your first class is free to try, so you can decided if you would like to continue attending.
How do I get an additional/replacement gate remote or Passpoint cards? You may purchase additional/replace gate remotes at the Front Desk for $39.95 plus tax. You may also purchase additional/replacement Passpoint cards for $10 each.
What do I do if my gate remote or Passpoint card quits working? Please stop by the Front Desk with your remote(s) or card(s) for repair. A replacement will be issued if staff cannot repair it. A replacement will not be issued for remotes or cards that are damaged by a homeowner. You must purchase a new remote or card if it has been damaged.
How do I get another "Resident" sticker for my car? To get another Resident sticker for your car, simply stop by the Front Desk.
Residents may purchase a visitor sticker for frequent guests for $25. This will allow the guest access through the visitor lane at the front gate without having to have their license plate recorded and signing in with the guard.
What is the process for notifying the HOA of an occupancy change? Please submit any occupancy changes in writing to either the Front Desk or the HOA Manager. Additionally, it is helpful to list any contact information with regards to phone numbers and cell phones if more information is needed by staff.
How do I file a service request or complaint? You may stop by the Front Desk at the Clubhouse to fill out a Service Request form. The Service Request form is also available in the "Resource Center" section (under forms) of this website to download and turn in.
